Before & After Care

The St. Joan of Arc Before and After Care Program provides quality Before and After School Care to our school students in a comfortable, safe, and convenient setting.  Our program strives to provide our students with an experience consistent with our school values while providing individual attention, supervision, and security within our God-centered school environment.

The regular hours for the program are as follows:
Before Care:  7:00 AM to 8 AM
After Care:    2:50 PM to 6 PM  (Full Days) /12:15 PM to 6 PM  (Half Days)

Students may participate in the program on either a scheduled or occasional basis.  Scheduled participants are those students who use the Before and After Care Program regularly throughout the school year.

Before Care Fee:   $6.00 per student per day.

Registration Fee:    $25.00 per family.

A late fee of $20.00 will be assessed for pickup after 6 PM .  Beginning at 6:01 the fee increases $1 per minute.  Please have late fee in cash with you at time of pickup on the day of lateness.  Additional fees will be assessed for continued lateness.  Removal from the program is at the discretion of the school.

Calendars must be completed through the Procare system by Saturday for an upcoming week.  You will have the ability to schedule multiple weeks at a time through Procare.

CALENDARS CANNOT BE PROCESSED UNTIL THE REGISTRATION PAPERWORK AND FEE ($25 PER FAMILY) HAVE BEEN RECEIVED.

STUDENTS ATTENDING THE PROGRAM ON A 2 HOUR DELAY SCHEDULE MUST BE REGISTERED.  DROP IN FEE WILL APPLY AND MUST BE PAID AT THE TIME OF DROP OFF.

(Both Scheduled and Occasional Participants MUST Register for the BAC Program.)
